Heavy bush knives

got a bit more hand sanding to do to get everything proper. Once I get the assorted plunge and spine lines good, and have done the 400 grit, then I'll use a belt at 600 grit, then clean it up with hand rubbing a "soft" 400 (my klingspor 400 seems rougher than my gator 400), then 600 and then hand rub scotch brite until I'm happy with the satin. Probably be faster if i got some scotch brite belts, but there's some cool aspects to hand rubbing.

The handle scales are cut but not finished, what I'll do on a blade like this is get them fitted, figure out the butt linesfor the exposed tang and lanyard hole, then finish the exposed tang, add a few deeper scratches to the unexposed tang, epoxy and then finish.

From the title of this thread I was expecting something like this (been spending too much time in W&C I guess :o)
