Thanks for taking the time to let us know how your doing, you've been in a lot of thoughts and prayers. Get Yangdu to whip you up some milkshakes, you'll feel better when the wieght starts to come back.
My favorite milkshake recipe:
-fill the blender 3/4 with Breyer's Vanilla (The original stuff, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, nuttin' else)
-don't quite cover the 'scream with vit D milk (2%? Phaugh!)
-sprinkle in some sugar (trust me),
-(Throwing in some weight lifter's whey protein powder from GNC or somewhere couldn't hurt either)
-blend*
if you're feeling froggy, crack an egg or two in there ala Rocky. I know we're not supposed to eat 'em raw anymore, but I haven't been burned yet, so live dangerously, sez I. In all seriousness, 'shakes will go down easy, and help get the weight back up.
*hoping Uncle Bill isn't lactose intolerant
