Dang, I checked in a couple times today to see if anyone was around. But it was so quiet I almost fell asleep until my boss mentioned a meeting. Goody nap time ruined :( Hope everyone else is having a better Monday than that.

Nice new shiney stuff there from JW Dirtbiker. I need to stop being so greedy about DotDs and save up some money for something I was talking with him about that I am trying to figure out how to pay for. So next DotDs I am going to be a minnow not a shark LOL, maybe guppy is more the right call.

And I really really dig that JW Bensinger set up. Love it. You call that a hatchet or a tomahawk or "The Claw". I love it. And the knife is a beauty too.

I have to go lie down now. Phillll stomped me guts this time. A giant Pen knife, who would of thunk?

JW, that is a Foxy Folly made by Bura, and as you can see it is a bit of a sore subject :D
 
Oh now lets bury that hatchet shall we. I'm ok, well ok by my standards. I try not to dwell on it. Why just yesterday there was probably close to 40 minutes where I didn't think about it.

I'm ok really. Maybe I'll save up and have JW make me a tomahawk, then we can have a ceremonial burying of the hatchet or the tomahawk as it were.

Still a beaut that Bura and there no question that the giant pen knife sings loudly.

The tomahawk is named by its maker "headhunter". Very heavy duty, would be suitable for breaching and prying.
 
The headhunter is really something. I would not want to be on the business end of that one. Is that micarta on the handle?
 
Dirtbiker, If you would and you have a chance could you do a picture of the poll of the headhunter? it looks really interesting.
 
I of course know myself but maybe for the benefit of those not as smart as me, you could say what a poll is?

Use small words and maybe pictures?

Breeching is good. I dig breeching. The SWAT boys would scream with jealousy if I was to score me a headhunter. It's wicked cool.
 
It is micarta. Just ordered my second big sheet-this batch is lighter in color and has a more pronounced weave-i love the industrial stuff.
