Hello Labella,
If you send me an email with your name and address, I will look you up in the computer.
Our normal turn around time is from 2 days to 2 weeks, we advertise a 4 week turnaround but shoot for less.
My personal goal is to get the knife back in a person's mailbox at about the time they are remembering that they sent it to us in the first place.
Send me that email and we will see where yours is. A broken tip on a 110 should not take very long at all.

well, thru the POWER of the internet. My knife arrived in a box that seems to have been run over ( a few times maybe ) but is unharmed!
