I recently sent a knife (Manix layered steel) into HellTown Knives to be sharpened, and I wanted to post up and say that nobody should hesitate in using Bob Wanamaker’s services. Bob is the owner, and he takes his business seriously, and puts his customer’s needs first making sure that they are happy with any transaction.
Not only was my Manix returned quickly, but Bob took the time to write a page long report evaluating the knife’s condition, and did a “mini-spa” treatment at no charge for me. It is obvious that Bob cares about knives, whether they cost $200 or $2,000. This is a refreshing change from the typical attitude that there is only money to be made from such a business.
