Help ID this knife

TGLB it is. :) IIRC, they are hollow ground on a 42" wheel...or something. I sure as heck wouldn't sell a used one with (or without) a sheath for $200, let alone that one. Nice score, thanks for rescuing it from the pawnshop! :D ...Ya know...rescues make the best pets...err... user knives! ;):thumbup:

Definitely a good find. Best thing i ever got from of a pawn show was a headache!

I already cleaned out all the Philly pawnshops of their Busse stock. ;)

Oh your right up the road! Im in north Philly.

Where can i go to hold a NMFSH, or any steel heart for that matter? I need to put one in my paws before i invest that much lmao but i want one so bad i just never spent more than 300 on a blade so i want to make sure ill love it as much as i think before i make that kind of investment.

As soon as this heat wave breaks I'll be pushing to get moving and will be spending more time in BC. At that point, we can arrange to meet up and you can handle one of mine. With more HOGs around here, maybe it's time to start a Philly area M&G where a bunch of us can meet up and shoot the isht over a pile o' Busse's. :)

That was me that said post some pics of the first few inches of the knife Andy, but seeing that you make knives also and know what a hollow grind is that won't be necessary :D TGLB it is !!!

I'll second what Eric said... who ever tried to low ball you with a offer of $200 definitely sucks at life.

Sign me up I'm just outside of Harrisburg. And I often find myself visiting D-town and throwing a few back at Victory Brew Pub:D

I shared a couple of brews there with Morrow once. Great guy! :) Where I live in D-town, I'm 10 minutes away...funny that I rarely go there, but then again, I'm not much into bars in my older years. Don't drink much, except at BLADE, where I drink more in that 4-5 day stretch than all the rest of the year. :)

I think that there's quite a few of us within SE PA, NJ & north DE, NE MD. :thumbup:

Talking to another local HOG, we're thinkin' of late summer when things cool off some for a M&G so that we can try to do it outside, hopefully where we can chop some, mebbe grill some while squealin' steel (talkin' shop ;)). Most likely, it'll be west or northwest of Philly, 'cause of the city's knife laws. :)
 
Sounds like a great plan! I will be looking forward to it.

And cooling off first is a good idea, It is too hot right now to chop anything :)
