Help... Loctite

Vibra-tite VC-3
Holds like red but removes like blue. I use on Balisongs and it does not slip. You apply it and let it dry before you assemble. Dries in 30 minutes. You can even adjust it a few times after assembly.

I read; I have a knife so poorly constructed that 15-20 openings loosens it's pivot please provide me with a bandaid.

The correct answer is send it back home to be fixed

Poorly constructed... prolly shouldn’t touch that one, but I doubt anyone would say Shirogorovs or Chris Reeve are poorly constructed, however they will come loose also. Fixed blades don’t come loose so I guess I should only own those. Thanks for your thoughts but I’ll have to disagree with you on that one

To institches I’ll have to take a look at that product it sounds promising and I hadn’t heard of it before

I have had good success with Teflon tape(Plumbers tape)-may want to give it a try if other ideas aren't working.
This is my 2nd recommendation this week-feel like I am trying to sell the stuff :)

Haha well at least you’re getting the word out about something you’ve found to work. I think the Teflon tape will be what I try next actually as it’s unobtrusive and seems to have quite a few successful applications that I’ve been reading about

Alright guys I don’t want to jinx it but it seems this latest blue loctite episode has worked. I e flipped the knife all day today and it’s perfect. Thank you to everyone for the help I learned a good amount about this situation!
