Help me choose! BM710 or BM940

wow thank ALL of you who replied!
Looks like 940 takes lead by alot...guess im shellin out a bit more for the 940 first!
Thanks everyone again for stating your opinions likes and dislikes.

Pictures helped alot too for size comparison, I have held the 710 in person, the 940 is considerably smaller than I thought, but like I said I want both eventually :D
 
I prefered the slimness and blade shape of the 940. I just don't like rough G-10 for pocket carry.

Both are great knives.
