Agreed. I think the southard holds a better edge, but the CRK definitely slices and push cuts better (in my experience).

Also, for the same price point as the Southard, you can get ZT's flipper. The 0560/61

Not only do I agree with you regarding the ZT0561, I'm starting to really prefer USA made knives. We need to better support the local economy.

If it were me, and I'm left-handed I'd have to go with a left-handed Umnumzaan. I wish the Southard was lefty friendly as that would be my first choice.
