Spyderco makes one Its featured in the manix2. They just call is a ball bearing lock.

A couple Spydies with ball bearing locks that I have include the D'Allara Rescue and the Viele Phoenix. Also don't forget the Dodo, the D'Allara Drop Point, and the D'Allara WTC (similar to the Rescue).

I see the joke Dorito, but, since axis lock is trademarked, not all of the Chinese knock-offs with axis lock show up in a google search. I thought people here would have more info, and I was right (except in Dorito's) case.

And anyway, I thought this was a forum for people who liked to talk about knives, so why not ask the question?
