+1 on the Kershaw Shallot (look at the ZDP and S110V limited edition sprint runs--ZDP is a sick slicer, and the S110V is a tough hunk of exclusive super steel for Kershaw) and the Kershaw R.A.M. (fast flipper, very addicting)
I would look at the S30V Kershaw Blur as well.
