Help me pick out a sheeple-friendly folder

I currently EDC one of my 4 "good" knives (I have a bunch of junk ones too that I don't really use).

While I'm sure all of US could agree that they are rather timid, each of them has at least one quality about it that could be construed as "aggresive".

CRKT M16-10Z (black, non-reflective coating, tanto, partially serrated)
CRKT Koji Hara Ichi (assisted opening)
Kershaw Rainbow Leek (assisted opening)
Spyderco S (spiderweb design)

Now I don't want to be accused of pandering to the sheeple. But basically what I'm looking for is a knife that nobody could ever feel intimidated by. I want to be able to carry this to the office, basically ANYWHERE (except where prohibited of course) and not have to worry about anybody having a problem with it.

The CRKT Ichi almost fits the bill, but I worry about carrying any of my assisted openers around for fear of uninformed police.

That being said, I am not looking for a SAK or slipjoint, so please do not recommend any. Budget is around $50 or so, but I could spend up to $75 for something I really like.

I'm thinking probably around a 2" blade. I like the looks of the Spyderco Cricket and Spin, but both of their blade shapes worry me a little.

Please do not discuss whether the sheeple are right or wrong, or whether we are right to call them sheeple. I do not want this to turn into an argument about rights and laws, just think of it as a challenge to pick out the perfect knife for this particular situation.

I carry day after day as a $$Clip a Carbon Fiber Cricket from Spyderco. When I need a Blade to open a box or something of that sort I can pull it out, stuff my dead presidents into my pocket and do the task and nobody is concerned. The Cricket, for as Wicked a little Knife as it is, does NOT freak folks out!!!

It's definitely the #1 contender right now. There must be other similar knives that I don't know about, that's what I love about this place. People can suggest the PERFECT knife that you didn't even know existed.

If you want to carry a lockback, even a one-hand opening lockback, people will find it less intimidating if it looks shiny and fancy rather than black and tactical.

I use a steel bodied Spyderco Ladybug for such ocasions, but I think the Spyderco Spin or the Benchmade Benchmite would work as well. The Spydercos have

edit "steel with better edge retension".

Anybody who is going to be scared by a little rainbow knife would freak out just the same if you pulled out fingernail clippers.

I think the leek is your best bet by far.

Spyderco Kopa is nice, but (in the best tradition of BladeForums knife enablement) a little out of your range.

I don't carry one but I think the ultimate sheeple friendly knife would be one of the red Swiss Army style knives.

the big bold letters in the original post that said "I am not looking for a SAK or slipjoint,..." a SAK is a swiss army knife.

rainbow or pink leek in regards to the original question.

A cute little yellow Spyderco Salt-1, never had a problem in sheepleville with this one yet:)

Unfortunately it is called a butter knife...........

Sorry if I don't play by the rules! But all those knives are going to freak people out. Mark G. has it right. You are fighting a losing battle!
