help with tracking info needed

I learned that ## starting with "E" are Global Express's
those starting with "CP" - Priority
but what about "LC"?
Priority or regular?

If I am not mistaken, numbers starting with LC are Customs label numbers, not tracking numbers. If you type that number into USPS tracking box on their website, it should tell you when the item was dropped off at the Postal station, and when it was delivered. It will not provide any information about stops inbetween.
