Henningsson Knives

These are nice and all, but do you have any fancy knives to show us?????

Just kidding! These are great!

Some one posted one of your MOP inlaid knives in another thread a while back, and I was surprised I had not seen more of them around.

Well I have been engraving on one all steel no inlay folder for sometime now. When it's done I will post it.
Thanks for your comments and keep an eye out;)

Michael does so much right. He engraves as the very best, he constructs with absolute skill and he cares so much that his knives are just what is wanted. He is a rare and the most gifted maker I know.

This is some beautiful work Mike. We may like to have more information on the price range you work in and also if you use any other blade steels, like M390 or any other very high grade steel. I would like to know. Also, are purchases made directly through you in Sweden and how long it might take to get a knife. Your work is very nice and I am sure there is a market here. Do you have an outlet here? Do you want one? Thanks Mike and welcome to this forum.

TinyDee what can I say, you have been giving me so much advise and support. Your knowledge in the American knife making world has been so useful to me. Thanks my friend

Sawgrass, thank you so much.
The steel I am using for my blades is RWL-34. It is a Swedish powder steel and a very good steel.
I have made a few knives in damasteel witch is RWL based too but have switched to pure RWL nowadays. I like pure steel because you can do so much with it by using different grits.
No I have not tried M390 and to honest, I really do not know that much about other steels either.
For the handle I use 416 stainless. I started using that just a year ago. That is the perfect steel for me to engrave in. I used RWL for the handles before but this 416 is much easier to work and engrave on.
I have four knives in stock now. I am just a part time maker and the deliverance can very depending on my daily work.
I have one knife for sale at this forum, check out this link.
