The AKs are only available through the company store and on the secondary market.

Regarding serrations, if you want them you will have to either request a custom AK from the shop at about $100/inch, purchase an AK and send it to the shop to have the serrations done or find someone to do it if you won't, or lastly find the guy that had his AK done and buy it from him.
