Somehow, I'm not sure that this particular method of log splitting is that unusual.

I've done it a number of times, while camping or staying at a couple of different cabins. Usually, though, I'm using a piece of split wood to pound my SH through.

Are we the only people that might use a knife to split firewood like that? :confused:
 
Thats tough love? !!! Oh god I had it all wrong. Here I am spending an extra twenty an hour for tough love and this whole time you meant for the KNIVES :D

Too bad Busse knives aren't really good for chopping.:p Imagine the damge you could do with a real "survival " knife. :D :p :barf:
