My guess isn't that he's waiting to see what sells, but rather to catch up with the previous orders, from whatever knife was previous to the current. Many of us are still waiting for our Steel Hearts.
 
also its worth pointing out that from a production stand point, something this large is really difficult to do en masse, so this may be a limited offer.

it may also turn out to be similar to the NICKs where they will test it out and do as many knives as possible. should a production problem arrise where it is no longer profitiable or possible to produce more, then they will stop making them, filling out as many orders as there were knives made.

it would be awesome if it were to become a standard model, but for something like this, as big as it is, i wouldnt expect it. (but lets hope :D )

First, figure out where the ~$2,400 is going to come from. LOL I'm figuring on at least another $100 or so because the price quoted is the basic. Neater finishes/grips are going to run more I'm sure. I do like the top one though with the grey/green grips.

I can see using this with no worries since it will be current production rather than a collectable. Really go Ginsu on the 50 or so Areica (?) palms that make my back privacy fence.

The neighbors just think I'm nuts now. This will remove all doubt. LOL

Hmmmm Don't have any, but it shouldn't be a problem since it seems the Mall Ninja's just love wearing their Kung Fu suits when shopping. I'll just have to way lay one. LOL 1911-1, Kung Fu-0.

Is this just down here or is this a fashon trend elsewhere also? Kind of stoopid IMO. Like advertising that you are packing rather than letting it be the suprise it should be.

aaaaaaaaah.... man... i probably fit into that catagorie...

i kinda stand out in a crowd - even in a goth/metalhead crowd :(

all black, with a giant spine tattoo on the back of my neck, and my hips are a good 3" wider then they should be under my shirt on both sides... every time someone asks about the tattoo i have to consider weather or not i reeeally want to pull my shirt up in public...

I looked up this thread to show my brother what I was getting and all of the testing pics have turned to red X's :eek: . Please tell me someone saved these pics. If anyone has them can they repost them here or in a new thread.

All of these testing pics are a must have.

Looking at those pics and reading the caption's for them let's me see how wicked real the sword is that I'm getting.
 
With the AKs imminent arrival at the Store, I was really hoping nobody would post any pics. Now I can't get it out of my mind ... AGAIN! :mad:
