Wow. I just checked the saw on my stonewashed. Disappointing. Its like nobody checks them before they get shipped.

Are yours just dull or are the corners rounded like mine were?
 
I would think you can just send them back in to the shop and they will sharpen up the teeth.

Any issue I ever had with a knife the Busse team always took care of things quickly.
 
Got an LE and a coated. For any interested, the teeth on the coated are as sharp as the LE. Both sharp.

I wanted to confirm that the LE has thinner scales

I don't have a spine shot, but I just got mine yesterday. LE scales definitely thinner than my nuke, which is jade/natural G10, no liners or anything.

The scales are thinner but still have a similar contour.

I’ll take a side-by-side pic of this LE vs.
the old-school standard scales today.
 
I didn't take measurements but you can see here too the LE is thinner. Doesn't look like a lot in the pic but you definitely feel it in hand. I prefer the feel of the thicker non-LE version. That said, gonna keep the LE because tigerhide, but I debate putting liners under the scales to beef up the handle. Not much of a natural G10 guy so will probably sell the nuke.
