I have emailed dpx gear one week ago, is there a better way to get ahold of someone that can help with the warranty.

The lock bar failed on me and the blade cut my finger.
 
That's weird. Whenever I email them I get a response back within a day. I had to send my LE back to them and haven't had a problem getting a response.

More and more I'm happy I didn't buy a Hest F. Sorry to hear about your finger. I hear they have good customer service, but i'd prefer to never need to use it.
 
I haven't had a need to get in touch with them about my HEST/F, but I've always heard very good things about the speed with which they reply to inquiries. Given that it's been a week without a reply, I'd suggest resending the email: it may have just gotten lost in the shuffle, accidentally deleted, etc.

Also, if you don't mind me asking, what were the circumstances under which the lock failed? Just curious since, as I mentioned above, I own and use a HEST/F myself.
 
Would also like info as well. As my HEST has gotten broken in the lock has been somewhat softer.

Also, what's the deal with the above posted link...no longer functions. Has something been deleted?
