Hey Benchmade, is anybody there?!

and that the company strives to make the best product possible or they wouldn't have been in business this long....over 3 decades with one name or another.

With all respect but the quality of Benchmade products isn't the topic. ;)

BM is a worldwide concern and I'm sure that they receive many thousands of emails a month and like 'Dorito Monk' stated, it took a month or so to reply his email.

Honestly I don't care about the "worldwide concern" thing. That's neither an argument nor an excuse. I paid for their products with my money.
If they recieve too many emails maybe they should think about hiring additional personnel?! If they are not able to handle the whole email thing...hmmm maybe they shouldn't offer it!

Anyway if they want my money in the future they better take the time (1-2 minutes) to answer my questions! Honestly is that too much to ask for?
And by the way: There are so many manufactureres out there I can buy high quality knives from (esee, bark river, spyderco, fallkniven...you name it).

Like I said I have been patient. They don't need to answer my questions immediately or within 2-3 days. But I don't want to wait forever either!

If contacting them is that important to you, as I assume it is by your post, by all means continue to send them emails and I'm sure that they will get back to you.

After 3 unanswered emails I'm actually tired of contacting Benchmade. And there are too many other things I have to take care of. It's sad because I used to consider Benchmade to be my favorite knife manufacturer. So far I haven't decided what my consequences are...

Often your email ends up in their spam/junk folder. I've had it happen quite often when using Gmail with some companies. Not hard to pick up the phone and call them, I've always had 100% satisfaction that way.

With all respect back at you, if quaility didn't have anything to do with this post then why were you concerned about the CSKII's review and emailed BM in the first place?

I guess after fooling around with knives, makers, knife companies, sellers, collectors, etc., for the past few decades, I never let 3 unanswered emails make me feel I was being ignored nor "pissed". :)

If you were owed something other than a respone and had an 'investment' other than an email then that would be a different story..... ;)

Hey, jfive, I have an e-mail of my contact at BM customer service, in my experience that takes care of their spam filters.
I can't contact you by PM or e-mail, please get in touch with me and I'll give you that info.

A spam filter is no excuse. If your IT department can't deal with this newfangled email thing, then you should look for some more IT help.

This thread is about my attempt to contact Benchmade via e-mail - an ordinary procedure nowadays. Even though I've already described the content of the mail I sent it is not of any improtance for this discussion. I'm not asking about the quality Benchmade offers - even though I appreciate the experience from Smash05. All I asked for was some feedback/experience from other BF members about their success to get in touch with BM using emails - maybe I hoped someone from Benchmade would read my post.
And now I hope I made myself clear ;).

Maybe you don't care about stuff like that but you know what? I do. I spent time particularizing my inquiry. I spent money to support this company. And even if I didn't own any Benchmade product at all...at least a "sorry, we are not able to answer your questions!". That's the least customer service I expect! Your mileage may vary.

@GallantEdge
A spam filter would at least be an explanation. But if I'm not mistaken some years ago I did recieve at least one answer from BM...I think it was about the discontinued G10 handles for the Nimravus.
Plus everytime I had sent a mail to BM I recieved a message that said somebody would answer my questions within a couple of days (can't remember the actual content).
