Got the mold on today. Should be cured out by morning and ready to remove. so far so good. I'm using hydrocal, which is actualy a cement but smooth like plaster and a much stronger material. However, I think in subsequent moldings I would like to use the urethane rubber. Its more expensive but easier to work with and will allow for some undercuts due to its flexibilty.

I'm not going to be able to gte pics of this one as my business partner has the digital camera.
