that is great....wish I had been able to find what I wanted...bonus points for Randy.
Isn't the beaver hat about 3 times as much as the muskrat?
Dang....
Randy is a good kid! Kid? He's 38, a CPA , Senor Mgr for a big CPA Co out of Dallas. He meets himself coming in the door at times. When he comes home, he is flitting here and there to catch up with me, his old friends and his Mom. He gets better Xmas dinners at his Moms.

. I tried to talk him out of the Beaver and only getting the Muskrat, but he insisted on the Beaver. Yeah, think it was 78 for Muskrat and 159 for the Beaver. . I had received a $30 off Year=end=inventory=reduction credit off next order in the mail. I think the website also had it.
All told with shipping and the $30 off, it came to $152.90.
I was choking on the price , never had a $150 hat, before. I really tried to talk him into the Muskrat which would have been about $50, I think.

Losing more hair every day, not much on top anymore, It will sure keep my head warm and if it gets REALLY cold, keep my ears warm , also. The warmest hat I have is an old cowboy felt hat, I wear frequently. It is over 30 years old and still holds its shape. Used to belong to my Dad, so it has alot of sentimental value. Hard to hang onto when the wind is blowing.

CORRECTION: It is call a Mountain Man Fur Hat.
I ran into a guy in the grocery store wearing a hat that style and he called it a 'Russkie hat' He looked at the worn label and it came from Russia. He was real pleased with his and said it was real warm. He didn't know what kind of fur it was.
