Check out SwissBianco as well, they have modified SAKs with upscale materials.

Do they have varying steels as well? I found a bunch of pretty cool colored alox scales though, and some pretty neat scales from other materials.

Their Facebook page has some photos of SAKs with damascus blades, but I'm not sure if that's their work. They do have some nice scales, though. Titanium, copper, etc.

I have a Boker Plus Tech Tool. It a 12c27 steel, came very sharp. They have lots of SAK like models. Give them a look.
