12-05-07 B.jpgHi everyone, I'd just like to introduce some of the products my new company, Moon Wilson Products (MWP) is bringing to the market. Please bear in mind that these are only prototypes, and are not available for sale at this time.

These are four different models that we are working on. All are made using our proprietary laminated high-ductility aluminum and cellulose composite construction. The blades have been sealed with a stealthy satin tactical acrylic coating, with various camoflage patterns beneath. Because of our super-top secret, high-temperature polymer assembly process, we have been able to keep the weight of these products to a minimum. This allows our products to be manipulated with a speed that has to be seen to be believed.
We feel that these will be among the finest quality air-cutters available, using the highest quality materials that we find lying around.

I am interested in hearing feedback from our fellow forum members, your input is greatly appreciated. We are still actively developing these and many more exciting new products, and will share our progress with you as we work out the kinks.

Thanks for looking!

President Moon, I would like to go ahead and preorder a gross of the top knife (green handle and clip point blade) What is blade length, thickness, and rocwell on those blades. I had heard some "insider" talk about this new composition and am eager to try it out! Please let me know when they are expected to ship and I'll go break open my piggybank and ship you the pennies I find. Thanks again!

Thank you for your interest. The top blade is the "Jungle Apocalyptic Inferno" model. The blade length is 7.125". Total length is 12.5". It is 2.25" wide at its widest point, and is full-flat forged out of 1/16" laminated stock. Total thickness at the scales is 1/2", weight is about one ounce. This blade has been differentially hardened, it is +/- 12Roc. at the edge.

Might I suggest an all black bladed model. Sometimes a glint in the sun can get in the way of de-animating some air. Just a suggestion as I really like the models overall. I can really see these being put to use by real operators.

I've known Moon for close to 24 hours. I can tell you he's great to deal with. His products have a top notch warrenty. I agree with gmarthur. I'm a nonmember of one of those units that doesnt actually exist, and we looked into ordering your products, because of their virutally unheard of weight to lethaility ratio. If you'll recall from cliff stamps testing, the material MWP uses has great big aggressive flexable hard easy to sharpen virtually unbreakable carbides.

Aslo as these are prototypes, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to tell you, but a couple of my frineds in a "Ninja" unit have been field testing these, and confirm they have between zero and medium magnetic signiture.

Also I've heard uncomfimed rumors that should you be caught, you can throw them in water and they will self destruct...

Thank you for your input, sir. The research department is in the process of testing several different methods for reducing light signature in both the visible and IR ranges. A recent sourcing expedition has brought us some exciting and exotic new materials, which will be incorporated into our operation, once they have been properly tested.

Also, we would like to announce that we are currently negotiating with Sirahren, and hope to bring him on board as a consultant and executive sales representative, once our market position allows us to expand into his territory.

Are you a relative of Sung Yun the famous marriage anihilator?! If so a champagne server/cork popper liquid magic blade would be much appreciated as long as it is n.a. keepem sharp

When will the tacticool heavy duty twine/paracord wrapped handle model come out?

We have conducted some testing with hemp cord wrapped handles, but preliminary reports from our Black Op test unit in Tikrit have indicated that this wrapping has not been able to induce the blood-spray results we had hoped for. In fact, second-hand reports indicate that the entire civilian unit was captured and subsequently beheaded, after a failed operation which involved waving our hemp-cord wrapped products near insurgents, hoping blood would spray out of them.

This is unfortunate and tragic, but setbacks are to be expected whenever developing new and unorthodox products. Our prayers go out to the families of these brave souls who lost their lives in the name of progress. To honor their memories, we will keep moving forward, with an eye towards preventing such senseless loss of life in the future.

357 got it right, this thread is awesome someone please keep this thing going I have a good laugh from this read

Thanks

I have found the best way to reduce light signature when performing atmosphere removal is to turn off the lights in the room the airsurgent is occupying.

As part of my covert de-animation of plastic shrink wrap products and some random people as part of my mall ninja duties I have found I have a requirement for a 12" blade Apocalypse model. This model will need to be un-polarized and resistant to glinting in fluorescent light. It will also need to make me look cool and tough. Do you have an High Speed air cutter option for me?

as per DoD directive, I am going to have to ask you to remove the images of the whancliffe bladed Inferno Interrogator model. Tactical nipple clips on the handle are sensitive items, not to be viewed by the public.

This is serving as offical notice that any models used in covert de-animation activities or ones used by the DOD as stated in the above notice must hereby be blurred or at the very least renamed. So everyone of your models falls under this category.

The 2 lower knives pictured in the image below have what is known as the "Talon Hole" on the edge side of the ricasso which, as you may or may not know, is a Busse Combat Knife Company registered Trademark. Mr. Busse has been contacted and has been made aware of this. He will be in touch with you directly concerning unauthorized usage of his corporate trademark.

LOL, in all seriousness, moonwilson, ya got me crackin' up over here!! :D:thumbup:

I want to know, does anyone have a picture of the air units actually carrying or using these models? Personally, I've never seen one, so I have to assume there is a lot of hot air concerning the products.

Anyone who is anyone knows you can't trademark empty space, it has been proven many times on the venerable Bladeforums. Not to mention the fact that where there is no hole and where there is no spoon, there is no trademark.
