But only after weeks off work, going back to work for a month, a 50th birthday colonoscopy and another couple months off work. Back problems suck....mostly 'cause there ain't $#!T all you can do about them unless something goes terribly wrong.

yea that's what I've been hearing, I started therapy today so see how it goes I guess
 
ouch that sucks man. At least it didn't happen miles into the hike, that coulda been a huge inconvenience!
