Hinderer late lock up? Normal or not? Help plz

How can 55% be late? Some folks might not be understanding the percentage thing it seems.

Yup, seen that quite a few times; here's a pic I've used before for some of the people unsure of lock-up. 50% is the middle red line. ;):thumbup:
