Hoback/Alphahunter "War Horse" WIP

Thats one beast of a blade u got there. Very nice but I think u sir are sick in the head, I mean that in a good way:D

Well I got her done:) Shes gonna go out to Chad, maybe to some friends too:mc101:
.195-.200 thick 6AL-4V titanium slabs
.197 thick CPM154CM blade
Carbon fiber back spacer
4 4-40 screws holding the frame together
internal 1/8 thick tungsten carbide stop pin
Bearing system
1/4 hardened pivot
Red tritium dial in the carbon fiber back spacer.
2 clips come with the knife, one for each side of the end.
Beef!

The next batch of these will come with a touch longer blade. Prob 3.75" or so. I will also come up with a easier to make clip system that doesn't involve 2 clips.

Verse inside: John 15-13 Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

You used a fuller design like the Spyderco Vaporware (until it's in my hand) Tuff. That's very interesting to me, and you seem to use it in place of a thumb stud or opening hole, I've had the same idea for quite a while, and was hoping somebody would do it. Great work!

Honestly have never seen that knife:) very cool though. Thanks for the compliment

No, no, brother. I wasn't saying anything like that. I think it's a great idea to use a fuller which doubles as a means of one hand opening. Very jealous of the guy who ends up with this one. :)

No offense taken at all man:) any day I can even come close to being compared to spyderco is a great day!
