I got you covered. ;) Ill start a pre order thread toward the end of the month or first of April if Jake is ready. Blade is right around the corner. I have more projects with Jake and Peter in the works so it's getting crazy in a good way.

Also, as a "Designer" you want your collaborations to look like its something inspired by the designer. You nailed it. If you look at some of my stuff with Peter and Jake you will see big and overbuilt with killer blood grooves and fullers. Why? Because that's what I like.

The collaborations are more inspired by the maker than myself since they make the knife.
I may share an idea or a drawing and we go back and forth until we come to an agreement.

Mr. Cleans comment lets me know I'm doing it right. When you see the Rapture or the War Horse you will know Alphahunter was involved in the project.

Thanks again for all the feedback. We always try to offer the stuff guys want in a overbuilt knife. Thick s90v and 3v with thick slabs of Ti just to name a few of the "Super Steels" we use.

The difference is that I can tell you worked the designs because the designs don't look completely original like Jake or Peter normally turn out. The look TAD/SIBERT/KA etc.
I'm just one pea in a pod though. Pay me no nevermind.

PS I'm a big TAD, Strider, KA and Sibert fan. That's where I get some of my inspiration. I'm always looking for a place to stick a fuller. Lol!
 
you guys built a folding tank :D

bronze color gives it kind of a renegade look which i really like!
 
The bronzing also gives it that "been there, done that" look. Goes well with the overall build. A brand new knife that looks like it has more stories to tell than most of it's future owners!

Thanks, guys. I'm really digging the bronze orange peel as well. This was the first time Jake tried it and it turned out wicked. I think it goes good with the dark acid tumbled blade.

I totally agree!!! Im a huge fan of the earth tones in stuff, and it's often pretty hard to get it done "correctly" in a knife. That one turned out awesomely tho. Man I am so glad you guys are here to just raise the bar on this kind of stuff. We need more man blades in this world! haha. Speaking of that, we need good men to carry them as well. Keep em coming!

I said earlier that I didnt like tantos. I typically dont but in this case if this is Jakes interpretation of a tanto im all about it! Just got a custom one of a kind A10 from Jake and guys I gotta tell you Jake is special! His work is phenomenal! I would easily put it in the same category as Hinderer. My knife just has that killer quality feel to it and I know its just gonna get smoother and smoother!! Jake freaking rocks!!

Someone bring me a tank...cuz that bad boy is ready for work...I was thinking a Panzer to start with and then work my way over to a Sherman.
