• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Hey Banana ...all good here.

It's a mite breezy. Blowing about 35 to 40 MPH. Snowing sideways.

Just right for springtime.

How you doing?

Shane

Thats some serious snow Dennis.

I'm sure you have been really busy shoveling snow this year.

It's all relative. You, in GA, think we're in Siberia. Those in ND and WI think I'm a wuss.

I just look at it compared to what it's SUPPOSED to do. We are socked in. And more alleged snow on Wednesday. Noplace to put it anymore.

Again, if I had a Muk, my BP would be down about 20 points.

Oh, and my BP is thankfully lower - I'm down NINE POUNDS in 22 days on my diet!!!!!! Weight Watchers FTW!!!!!

Weight Watchers is the Busse Muk of the dieting world to me. Elusive for years and fantastically useful once I get into it. LOL

(Honestly, I'm shocked at what I'm allowed to eat. If I can keep this up for another 2 months, the habits will be lifelong. It's not denying yourself at all. You can have virtually anything. In moderation. We went to Coldstone last night! No more super-duper Sundae's, but did I really need those in the first place??? Once I get comfortable and the "Oh crap - I'm gonna starve" feelings pass, I realize that I've yet to feel hungry yet in 22 days and I'M DOWN NINE POUNDS!)

MUK!!!!!!!!

Headin quickly to 14.5! Wow. Seems like just 6 weeks ago we were at 7,500.

Oh wait. It WAS just 6 weeks ago that we were at 7500. LOL
