OK, funny story - my best friend is on long-term mission in Guatemala. Left back in November. Left the family dog - "Brady" (you can see how big of a fan they are - they had the full-size rear window Pats sticker and everything) with his in-laws to bring down later. That was this week.

I was with the in-laws on Wednesday to drop off some stuff to bring down to them. Told Ray when he saw my friend to say, "Here's the dog. After last weekend, we've renamed him Sanchez."
 
I made us some healthy Chinese. Believe it or not, we had steamed dumplings, PFR and Beef'n'Broccoli. My first time. With a bit of tweaking, I may never get take-out again.


OK, yes I will. Egg rolls, crab rangoon and some other dishes are just too much bother to make at home.
 
Went canoeing with my second son today, and then told my oldest will depoly years end and now I'm trying to get my appetite back.
I'm doing some toss kabobs on the grill.
