HOGS/Strider?

Oh yeah, it's great man. Extremely solid. Zero blade play. Seems to be a quarter inch thick blade. I love the design, very strong, I can't see how someone could break one of these during normal use. A great companion for a Busse fixed blade.

The catch is defining normal use for such a blade. Thus the warranty.

Coo. Glad you like it. Only a few knives are in company with my Busses and Strider is one of them.

Well, I've bored a hole through a counter top, and the side of a cabinet with an SNG for some makeshift telephone wiring i needed to do at work. Held up strong. All that twisting and turning surely would have broken a lesser knife.
It was a job that needed a drill, or a fixed blade, which I had neither and it performed well.

And now I'm happy ever after. Everything else is just gravy from now out.
I promise. I'm set now. I don't "need" any more knives. .. ... ....

im so tickled pink that someone in the BUSSE forum would call a strider rare. i've been into knives for 16 years and SAW my first busse last year. took me another year to find one for sale.

now STRIDER is a 45 minute drive from me, and when i stop by they say "Hi Andy!"

no other knife company does that. and to anyone who doesnt like the owners : its a shame you dont know em. and yes. i know you dont know em. or you'd love em. never met two more honorable guys.

now if only i could find one of those "Not-rare" Busse Hell Razors to carry as a compliment to my SnG.....

I have 3 Strider SmF's. :D

IMO there is just no substitute for Strider, rock solid folders.
