Hogue EX01 !!!

I own the large drop point and the M1 from CE and I think I might have found the big knives that I will only carry from now on. Obviously I have others but these 2 I think have found a home for sure. keepem sharp

knife reasonably "light" for its size 5,5 oz and easy to carry .
thread size 2-56, mine were to long so I cut them down to size of stock screws.

Can you only buy these from the Hogue Knife web page or do they have dealers too? If the button lock is solid as stated, I'd consider a Green D-Mascus myself ;)

I know that the Pharmacy has them available, though I couldn't tell you how the price compares to where perhaps these guys have gotten theirs. Lovely knife though, definitely wouldn't mind having one myself.

Thanks for the detailed pics......and congrats for purchasing one......I think I will get one in the near future after seeing this photos.

Wow from the pictures I have seen of this knife, I'm really blown away with the fit and finish. Even though the last thing I need right now is a large beefy folder, I'll probably end up getting one.

I just ordered a Green G10 3.5 drop point from BladeHQ who has them in stock. I should have it no later than Wednesday since BladeHQ is out of Utah and BladeHQ is top notch on service and shipping.. Looking forward to this knife big time! :D

I want to personally thank trix2004 and the others for compelling me to spend more money on what appears to be a super nice knife. HA!

Beautiful knife...

In my short time here, I've noticed something...

...says a lot about Spyderco that they're usually the knife used in photo comparisons.

Here're some comparison pics of my 3.5" & 4" models. Hopefully this will give people an idea of the size difference. The 3.5" measures 1/2" longer, both blade length & closed. I believe there's just under 1/4" difference between the 2's width while closed, too.

I'll add a 4" if I decide I have to have one once I get to handle my 3.5 a little.

I'm really looking forward tgo Wednesday right now.

handled a 4" tanto in black g-mascus, I would like a drop point. Maybe 3.5", these are really blade heavy.
