Not to be a spoil sport, and I realize that these are mostly for collecting, but has anyone ever thought of what a jury would think of this knife if you ever actually had to defend yourself with it?

Guess it depends what your attacker looked like prior to your claim of self defense and was he armed. But I am guessing that one look at the War Boar and you are out a million bucks or so.

I think it also depends on what it looks like. The more flamboyant the worse it woud be for you. The more subdued, the easier it would be to believe it was for self defense. Progunner, you are 100% right.

Jerry,
I fell in love with your knives for the utilitarian aspect of them! Not because they are "flesh eaters"! I need tools, not weapons!

Where are the BM's, BA's, PH's, and AS's??

And ummmmm THE FOLDER??????

I realize that you can do whatever the heck you want because it's your company, I'm just giving you some customer feedback.

but a karambit is a indonesian "utility" knife.

just kiddin ya;)

Pizza cutter? Now we are talking! Jerry I want to commission a small, never to be reproduced run of new Holy Terrors, in INFI to fit the FSH and/or FBM. Let me know the cost and I'll do the rest. We'll need handles too. :D

I too thought the karambit was limited only to weapons use, but in playing with the COmrambit and a folding Emerson Karambit, I can see the utility side of the design. I don't think you could get more control with a draw cut like you might with a karambit. I have changed my opinion of the utility of design suffice it to say.

Interesting. I always thought of it as a weapon. Maybe I will try one as my EDC and see how useful it is.
