Same here. I haven't taken them too seriously since they sent me a catalog three years ago, full of typos & bad punctuation. Looking at their site now, they STILL haven't changed some of those typos, after 3+ years.

I wonder how long all of these will be up there on their site?

My sister in laws older brother is a PJ in the AF. For a while he worked at the Air Force SERE school in Washington and was in charge of buying their gear. I asked him about knives once and he told me that their Benchmades kept breaking, so he bought everyone TOPS knives. He loved them. Of course, the AF SERE school has always been about having a sharpened prybar, at least when I was going through the course. Those guys abuse the shit out of their knives.
 
Kinda funny... I bet people would be all over the knife if some hotshot custom maker came out with something exactly like it. I've seen plenty of posts where equally ridiculous knives, usually costing about five times as much, are met with tons of praise.

Not I.
I like some of TOPS knives.
I also like over-built folders.
I hate that thing this thread is about. It makes my eyes want to puke.

Probably not.

And if a custom maker came out with that thing...I don't think that custom maker would be considered a hotshot. :D

I'm pretty sure that'd be "outcest." Or in this case, X-OUTCEST!!!

Yeah, that thing doesn't look very good, or enticing to carry. Meh, I'll save my money.
 
possibly the dumbest knife ive ever seen lol...but somewhere there is somebody who will buy it.
