Holy crap! Cold Steel knife thrown thrown through skull analog.

Per the video subtitle : "This is how Lynn uses his extraordinary fast reflexes and footwork to save himself from serious injury or death"

IMHO an ordinary brain would have kept him out of the situation altogether. But what do I know, eh?

anyone else notice the tip break off when it hit the ground.

I would never throw my folding knife, especially if I felt threatened. That being said, it's a decently cheap and large knife to practice flinging at dummies

When you buy a cold steel never forget who you're giving money to.....

No one. If you are getting something in return, then by definition you are not "giving" anyone anything.

When you're writing words on a forum, never forget what your words actually mean. . . (an ellipses has 3 periods-no more, no less)

Since you appear to be a stickler for grammar, you should know Paka was correct in his number of "periods." While you are correct that ellipses are composed of three dots, sentence ends are marked with a period. He ended his sentence correctly with 3 dots for the ellipsis and a fourth for the period. Coincidentally, your sentence is lacking an end of sentence punctuation such as the aforementioned period.

PakA you seem to have entered this thread with a bone to pick with a member here. Why don't you take this elsewhere.

My little guy gave me a Talwar for Christmas. It's my favorite knife and we have fun watching the proof videos.

I just moved 14 posts of nothing but unadulterated idiocy to Whine and Cheese. Anyone else continues down this path, they will be getting shown the door. Grow up, if you can't handle a simple discussion then log out and take a break.

Way too much whining in this thread . . . . . (5 periods because this guy LOL)

Has the Ti-Lite been redesigned from a liner lock to a triad lock?

well not exactly, but i kind of thought that the counter point series was a replacement for the ti-lites. the counter points have a similar stiletto/dagger type blade, but come with triad locks,

Nah they'be both coexisted for years. I agree they do have some similar components but the counter point has a better blade grind for real world use

I try not to base any of my more vital decisions on the statements, advice or actions of a group calling itself...Zombie Go Boom.

It is kind of sad that CS marketing actually works. This, and OPs vid, is really not good PR for the knife community.
