homebirth.....

You know you reached puberty when you got enough Khukuris.
Very interesting. If only I had been a member here back when my niece (the oldest) was small enough this info would have been great to pass on. LoL, I am guessing you have been plotting stupid kid stuff all along Bawanna. That mental approaching puberty in guys seems to last decades. Hubby definately still at that stage and has been since well before the 25+ we been married.

How many you reckon is enough? I'd like to firm a number, kind of set a goal so to speak.
Certainly 4 digits I suspect. That would be a good start.

Bawanna, if you only for 4 digits left you better lay off the Khuks until you figure out how to use em without cutting off those fingers and toes...

Well I had all my digits until last night when I had a minor conflict with a router bit. Just barely winged me and I didn't cry or anything (I wanted to) and while sensitive when bumped it wasn't bothering me until about 10 minutes ago when I ate an orange. You might ask how silly to eat an orange with your hands, I actually ate it with my mouth but I used the wounded paw to present the aforementioned orange to thine mouth. Now it's a full time hurt.
I plan to go flood it with water. I'm not asking for a purple heart or nothing, and I can man my post in a sitting sort of way even with the pain.

OOOuch Orange juice acid in an open wound. Not as bad as jalapenos, but certainly not the best feeling I can imagine. Is it bleeding heavily like fingers usually do? I usually use nuskin on fingers. Burns like heck when you put it on, but that coating is great for keeping other stuff from causing extra pain.

I tried to have the wife give me a little nuskin thinking she'd have some sympathy for me.

No sympathy to be found there I found out quickly.

It actually didn't bleed at all. I just barely winged it, must have left one millithinomometer of skin. It turned red instantly but never bled.

Trying to get too many miles out of a lousy router bit. A new one would of took it clean off but I might not have winged myself if it would have cut smoother.

millithinomometer... That one of the super smallest markings they have on those silly looking machinist's rulers Ndog always showing in pictures?

Yeah it is a an interesting concept. If the blade isn't sharp enough it is actually more dangerous, do you sharpen your bits or throw em out and buy a new one? Guess it depends on the profile as to if you can sharpen it. Glad it didn't cause any significant damage.

I try to sharpen them with mixed success. My hands and fingers grow back, what really gets me is when I'm half way done with a set of grips etc and the bit grabs wrong and flings it across the room or hogs out a big ole hole in the middle.

Now that makes me really cry. I know, unmanly but I don't like hurt wood.

Anyone wonder how we go from talking about Flower Of Lifes little bundle of joy to talking about router bits?

I want to see more baby pictures with big sister.

Definately More baby pictures are needed. Perhaps some from the aforementioned outing? I am hoping they got the chance to go and that is why no new pictures yet. Expect they will take lots of pics of the family enjoying the beach if they did get to go. Hopefully share a few here.

one sure way of forgetting he pain in your finger:

drop a cinderblock on your big toe.

p.s. - pictures are ALWAYS mandatory here! preferably of the baby. possibly of the baby using his first knife.

what? you haven't given him one yet?

You Know what Kron, That does indeed work. I have proven it myself twice at least. As for the knife for baby. I think any serious HIKV infected person would have bought a good all around Khuk for the baby when it was first born. Now when you actually HAND it to them might be a little while out. One of my friends had twins. Bought a beautiful pair of S&W revolvers the day he knew his wife was pregnant. the goal was to have them so he could have one and the child would grow into the other. He wound up with one for each kid to grow into. I think an HI blade to grow into in that same concept makes even more sense. The challenge choosing the right blade for their first one.

I'd have to drop the cinder block somewhere else, my toes are just ornaments although sometimes I can feel them.

I love the twin S&W story, that's way cool. Each of mine (3) and each of my nephews got a little 22 Chipmunk rifle on their first birthdays. I've often wanted to buy about 50 of them, trick them out special and give them away to kids (with normal looking parents) at gun shows.

I dig kids in their formative years. I guess being a bad example is better than no legacy right?

I gave my grandson a 15" AK by Rajkumar. He can use the chakmak first then when he learns to handle it he can graduate to karda then the real thing! Guess i better wait till he can walk first.

So to be clear your implying that walking is a prerequisite? Wow, this could be bad news for bawanna. Your grandson is lucky to have a grandpa thinking properly and taking care of him with these important matters.

Sure thing Bawanna, go ahead and send your collection over to me or Danny, and we'll keep it safe until you're a bit older.

Ok you can keep 1 chakmak but send everything else.

Well I know exactly which chakmak I'm keeping but I'm gonna have to try and wrap my mind around the rest of this plan. This came on kind of sudden and I just didn't see it coming you know?

Here's the chakmak I'm keeping without question. The coolest little thing.

Oh Well I guess you prove it that you dont have to walk to use them but you dont have to use your hands to crawl at least. But you do need them to roll i guess? Man im gettin confused? This aint making no sense? Ok you can keep one chak! Send that KLVUK first so you dont whollup yourself in the head again! It for your own good!
