Honestly, your most used knives?

my EDC every single day of the year is an emerson cqc-14 "snubby" that i modified myself and got rid of the chisel ground edge.now it has the same edge as any other knife and works great.

my most used camp knife would have to be my ASH-1.i use it for everything from batoning to pounding in tent stakes.

my most used chopper is without a doubt my DFLE.i have done things to this knife that i know other high carbon steels would not be able to survive and that left my arm sore for days and my hands tingling and numb.....S7 STEEL!!
its the only DFLE i've ever seen with a patina.this is after i cleaned it all up with WD40 and steel wool

Interesting knife Hector, what is it?
-RB

Hi RB, I figured that knife would generate some questions, I haven`t seen another like it in the forum.
it`s a kazumi by kiku matsuda
4 1/2 blade, OU-31 steel, G10 handle
very good looking knife and cuts like a laser. sharpens pretty easily.
A lot of times I EDC this one, its so slim that it fits perfectly in my pocket, with just the tip of the handle sticking out. it goes undetected.
Can anybody tell me more about this particular steel? I haven`t seen any other knifemaker using this type of steel.
The only information I have is its chemical composition (C, Cr, Mo, V, Co) but nothing on the percentage of each component.

Ray Laconico Camp Knife - This is a pic from when it was new. It has a few scuffs and stains on it now, but I don't have a decent current pic.

Ray Laconico sells here on the forums. Grab one quickly 'cause they usually go fast. I admire his work too...

Mora 510 around the house. Benchmade 710 on the go.

The Mora is great knife that I can abuse without compunction. All my other knives are "tougher" but damn, I dont want to cut super coarse silicon carbide sand paper with a $200 knife.
