Got out to the woods today, attempting my last challenge for the Hardwoodsmans tab (BCUSA). Failed it again, but its still fun to be in the dirt.

It's a challenge for me too, nice Becker water bottle placement also.
 
Ok you guys thatnhave blind horses... i'm thinking about getting my first.....what do you all think? What models do you like? Im leaning towards the bushcrafter or the woodsman pro..But I love the MUK too..any opinions?
 
I just got a Bushcrafter (flat grind) this past week and it's the only BHK I have so far. I wasn't positive I'd like the handle but I'm enjoying the knife a lot.

I considered the Woodsman Pro too and there's a BHK thread over on the ESEE forums where many people sing it's praises. I wondered if maybe the handle looked a bit thinner than I'd like, but that's just going based on photos I've seen. More than that though, I wanted a flat grind instead of the saber grind (or scandi) of the Woodsman Pro. I'd really like one of the MUK variants eventually though.

If you're too impatient to wait like me, check out the stock at the knife connection, that's where I got my Buschrafter from.

I'm impressed with the fit & finish and overall quality of my Bushcrafter (oh yeah it cuts like laser too), making it even harder to wait for the May special I ordered to get here.

The BHK bushcrafter is one of my favortie knives. It takes a bit to get used to the handle design, but after a few minutes is feels natural. I've got the flat grind. It's a cutter.

Yeah thats the one I'm leaning towards Trade...I'm thinking scandi grind though...how does it compare sizewise to the 16?
 
I have the bhk woodcrafter it's one of my favorite knives, I didn't care for the round handle of the bushcrafter so I sold it. I have someone sending in a woodsman pro for a sheath so I will get to handle that one, been debating about picking one up. I wish they would quit sending me those monthly special emails. I'm weak.

I think im going to go with the bushcrafter, but i think im going to wait until the june special is introduced tomnee what that is...

I got the Bushcrafter in Scandi if you wanna try before you buy!

I had the MUK and I liked it enough, but I always found myself using other knives instead, eventually I sold it. The Woodsman pro I bought on their monthly special and waited 4 months to get it, hated it, Right now I can't remember why though. I did write up my reasons back then on the ESEE forum. I Have a flat grind BushCrafter with fiddleback maple sales that I like a whole bunch though. Oh, and a couple of Frontier Valley's that sit unused.

Ahhhh leave it to my cell to take a crap on a Sunday. It keeps turning off and on and saying droid. Then when its on I unlock it and it says I don't have enough space and forces a bunch of stuff closed.

Lol. I like my droid. It has been a really good phone up until now. I checked my fb and plugged it in to charge, rolled over and heard it say droid. It won't even get to the home screen now. It just says droid every five seconds. No Verizon stores open in town today either and of course I hadn't backed up any of my contacts. I've been saying for the last few weeks that I really should. Guess I should listen to myself.
 
My work cell is a droid...it did something like that a few weeks ago...i took out the battery, took out the sim card, took oit the sd card, let stay off for a hour or so, put it all back together and it worked..
