Let me be very blunt..I am anal about my knives and I am very hard to please. I have high expectations when buying things and I demand quality service. In short I am a pain in the backside to deal with. I expect quality, and man you get ot it out of these guys. Both Nick and Joyce bend over backward to make you happy.
I seldom if ever offer high praise to companys..but here I must open my mouth and tell the world. I had a very minior problem with a Seki / Paragon auto knife I bought form this firm. Nothing wrong with the knife at all. I was just being anal. the blade had a very small amout of wiggle to it. Barely detectable...when I mentioned it to Joyce and Nick bang they were Johnny on the money to help me and sent me a replacement.....These folks treat you with respect..and will do about anything to see to your satifaction. In todays world that my friends is very hard to find. Nick and Joyce are quality people selling quality knives. They deserve a look see..They offer many different brands and kinds of knives...Words cannot say enough about these people and quality of service...If your going to spend your hard earned money on a knife you need to look at this company Horizon Outdoors...My biggest problem is that I don't have enough money to spend. I am a knife lover and these folks will be meeting all of my knife needs from now on.
I know I am rambling...but in this day and age this kind of quality and service deserves to be mentioned. Nick and Joyce I salute you, and your company.
