RedbeAR, Here is a place where I took my son last summer for a vision quest of sorts.....

It is in south eastern Oregon in an area known as the Oregon Outback and it is ...isolated. This photo is from the middle of a 7 by 12 mile dry lake bed where one can truly appreciate the curvature of the earth. At night the stars go from horizon to horizon for 360 degrees. There are Cougars in those mountains in the distance, antelope everywhere and not a trace of human existance for hours. The perfect place for a kid that is seriously ''plugged in''. He loved it.

Its a speedfeed stock, it has one on the other side, too. Its spring loaded, you can keep 2 shotgun shells in easch side. With the stock. Sidesaddle and extended mag tube, you can carry 19 rounds of 00 buck on and loaded in the shotty,,

I found out last night that if you keep one eye closed when you turn on the bathroom lights at 2am, and keep that eye close until you turn the light off, you retain 80-90% of your night vision. True. Drink 5 glasses of water before you go to bed tonight and try it yourself.
 
Got to be pure when one goes on a Vision Quest.
Lick the toad afterwards. :p
