as far as buffer weights, you need to shoot the rifle first and check your ejection pattern. think of it like a clock with 3 oclock being straight right of the rifle. this is the ideal ejection pattern and you can add or subtract buffer/carrier weight depending on where your spent casings go to maximize reliability and reduce felt recoil and damage to parts. data :)

Just came back from powder run - NOT that kind of powder :rolleyes:

Got 3lb of H110 so good for 500 rounds of .500 :cool:
