Yo Bradley - Got my Alessi in and the fit and finish are OK, but the snaps must have been made in two different places. Not gonna risk springing my thumb - She's going back tomorrow :mad: It ain't Lou's work fo sho

On the plus side they probably shaved $.05 off their cost of that holster by changing snap mfg

I really hate co's that do that

Redbear, they are probably "one-way" snaps, that will only go on at a certain angle. If it won't go on by putting the bottom in first, and then snapping in the top, it may have gotten canted or even turned upside-down. You may want to try snapping it from some different angles to check it before sending it in.
 
sorry to hear you have to send it back, i have decided on a Tucker Gunleather "the answer" holster with leather lined kydex. i have one of his older silent thunder holsters for my sig and love it. so the total price is 135 shipped, and i should have it in a few weeks. will let you know how i like it when it comes in.

Thanks Tom - Tried that. Maybe it's just me, but if I have to struggle with the snaps I might as well just buy one that threads onto my belt.
