Got my second Snody shank about done. This is a crappy phone pic. I need to do a little final sanding. The edges are scalloped, you cant reallt tell. i need a usb cable for my new used camera before i can post better pics---sorry

I wrapped the first one, i got 4 more. One dosnt get a handle, one im going to Japanese wrap, not sure how im doing the other two...

p.s. I now have 5 fat broads caught at Old Country Buffett in my basement that i'm not gonna be able to trade for hortons :(
 
Morning fellas... I will ship your Milli when I hit the store a little later Jeremy! Today I dont think I've got anything to do:-/ Maybe I'll try to polish up some edges. My SMF needs some work..

nice work!
How did you attach the slabs,
I see the pins,but what are they made of
and how are they pressed in there?
I may try something similar.
(can all that be done with hand tools)

The pins are stainless. There is a trick to using them that is simple. You drill the holes, cut the pins longer than you need, use an epoxy like 2 ton or gorilla glue to glue it together. Clamp it till the epoxy sets, peen the pins a bit and sand or gind them down. It looks alot better than in this pic.

I wore a respirator while i did all this but i still woke up this morning with a sore throat. That G11 is nasty, smelled like burning flesh.....
