I'm losing it guys - 12 lbs in the first month - only 38 to go

No diet - just back in the workout routine - feels good

Well I lied a little bit on the diet - I used to be able to eat a couple of steaks, or whole chicken, gallon of tea or milk, veggies, potatoes, etc. for dinner, go out drink 6-12 beers and then stop at BK on the way home and eat two whoppers, large fry, large shake and large coke - no mo

I walked into starbucks with my necker in the pocket sheath,
Officer saw me and asked why I had a knife hangin outta my pocket,
I replied,"its a tool I use for work"
"have a nice day" and he replied the same.

Keep it up. You too can live forever,like me.
I run cuz I like to eat.
I dont worry much about what I eat these days.
I have to eat soo much pasta though,I really dont even like it.

I have a necker too. The Horton Pry Bar is SLIGHTLY more robust.
