gonna repeat what's been said a ton: it's just too hard to define the community.
even the guys I know who carry knives 90% of the time wherever they are, would never think of dropping $50 on a pocket knife, or logging onto a forum and learning about different steels and lock types. Just like some of the biggest hunters I know are absolutely NOT gun people. They've got a deer gun, and a bird gun. Most likely the same gun since they were a kid, they work, they hit what they aim for, clean it and put them away.
