How could Swiss Army improve their knives?

As I have a tendency to slice my fingers up from time to time with my knives, the last time I came back from the Victorinox store with some new knives, my wife said: "why don't you get one with a band-aid dispenser"

I have a feeling they are not working on one of those-----
