Curious - what percentage of your knife collection is Buck? I have other knives in my modest collection, but I have more Bucks than any other maker. When I use or carry a knife, it's a Buck probably 95% of the time.

Buck makes knifes I like. They have a reputation for quality, appearance and durability. I own very few knives but I have more Bucks than any other single brand.

First I have to know how many knives I have in my collection which is a chore i've been putting off far too long. Offhand I'd say probably 70% are Buck.

Currently just one, a Buck Prince my Father gave me years ago. Rarely carry it anymore and the blade has a lot of play in it from years of use. I keep meaning to send it to Buck for a tune up, just keep putting it off.

I only collect Buck knives and sold the biggest part of my Solingen collection, exept some Pumas and no chance to sell knives. Buck part: more than 95%

30% - which is a bigger number than I initially thought it would be.

But I have a special fondness for the engraved Buck 119 I bought as a kid that was stolen from my house while I was at sea. I am in possession of my father's Buck Skinner that made me want my own Buck so much.

One more Buck and they will be in the majority which will more then likely happen next month. Buck is easily the majority in the traditional lock back collection!

Probably over 95%. The only others are a small collection of fixed blade Gerbers from the 1970s; two more of those and I will be done. I still have a lot of Bucks to get.

I own 2 Abel knives and 1 Rapala filet knife......so that makes Bucks 98-99% of my knife collection

Easily 95% plus Buck, followed by Case and the others I can count on one hand, 3 spydercos and 2 Benchmades.
I have been carrying a Case stockman in my pocket because my wife bought it for me as a gift on vacation, but there is always a Buck lockback on my belt(usually a Bucklite or a 501) or a fixed blade 102.

Buck makes up a good portion of my knives. When I'm looking for something I need I always tend to check with their offerings first. There are already two on their new addition knives I'm saving up for. Why do I choose Buck? Because they've never let me down. Good quality, attractive designs, fairly priced, great customer service, made in the USA (well most of their knives are, and I only buy the ones made here). I also respect their company core values which line up with my faith in God and Jesus Christ. In this day and age I want my hard earned money to support companies that aren't anti-Christian or against my beliefs.

99% of my collection is Buck. The other 1% is a small collection of Crosman Blades (probably 20 and I bet I'm the only person in the world that collects them) plus a few other miscellaneous.

I own a lonely 119, it sits in my kitchen knife drawer as my dedicate man meal maker.

So I'd say it represents 2% of my collection. I got no problems with Buck, I just subscribe to more of the hard use/only one knife to do all catergory. IMHO Buck needs to step up the game to get more attention from the survivalist/tactical/bushcraft crowd.

99.9% Buck Knives. I have 2 Case Russlock knives. I bought those because Case is the only maker of that pattern. I think I have a couple of other knives but Buck is my brand!

For me it's over 95% of buck the other are a few victorinox , puma , and French knives ... But I prefer buck ones by far !!!

I would say 75% or so are Bucks. Some Randalls in the mix (about the only other knife maker I really look to buy).

It's rare these days for me to buy a knife that isn't a Buck but it does happen. I so prefer to carry a US made Buck that I don't buy others since I know that they won't get carried.

100% Buck. I did own a Case that belonged to my father and his father before him, but I passed it on to my son who in turn has given it to my oldest grandson. When I'm gone all of my collection will be passed on to my son and three grandsons.
