Just wondering how eveyone prefers to carry.

I used to carry in front right pocket but now find the waistband more comfortable b/c I tend to put my hands in my pockets often and find the knife gets in the way. With waistband carry I just have rember it's there when I get home.

Right front pocket. Slide all the way to the right against the side of the pocket.

Doesnt interfere with retrieving my cell phone or other stuff deeper in the pocket.

Right front (hip) pocket slid as far back as possible, exclusively. Not because I'm gung ho about that position but just because I'm helplessly right handed . . . I have no preference whatsoever between tip up or tip down. I just like having a nice knife in my pocket :D My CCW is always on the right at 4 o'clock when I'm packing.

All of the above. :D

I don't carry IWB as much as I used to. It worked real well on the job, though, especially wearing a suit. Now I like right front pocket for tipup and right back pocket for tipdown, and I usually have one of each. I also use the cargo pocket instead of the right front when possible. I have no problem dropping any knife in the bottom of a pocket, which is how I carry a slipjoint or SAK.

Since I started wearing more Levi's, particularly 514 Slim Straights and 501s, things in the pockets have had to be moved around. My wallet doesn't fit too well in the front right pocket anymore, so now it sits in the back. I've got a Victorinox Tinker resting inside of that watch pocket, and it fits snug.

Depends on the knife for me.
Benchmade Mini-Grip [EDC]: Clip removed, right front pocket.
Leatherman [EDC]: Left front pocket.
Ka-Bar BK-11: Neck chain; inside or outside shirt, depending on what I'm doing.
Various fixed blades: Left hip from belt, often with a drop loop.

Not too fond of clip carry. :(

Left front pocket, against the back seam. Cell phone goes with the knife on the left, wallet and keys on the right. Waistband carry pushes the knife against my bony-ass hips. Nothing goes in the back pocket, ever. I don't like to sit at an angle.

My EDC set up usually goes like this:
My cell goes in my front left. I'll usually put the larger knife I'm carrying in there with it. Wallet goes in my back left pocket. Smaller pocket knife will go in my front right, and my keys will switch between right front and back. iPod, if I don't have a bag, will go in front right.

I carry a knife clipped to my right front pocket, left front pocket, and I carry a slippie in the bottom of the right front pocket.

For me it depends on what I'm carrying, and to some extent what I'm wearing. With a folder usually I either carry clipped inside a hip (fob) pocket, or else clipped inside my waistband at the right-hand side. If I'm carrying a SAK I usually carry it in a belt pouch, the same with a Leatherman. In the winter I'd carry a larger folder in a coat pocket. If I'm carrying a fixed blade it'd be on my belt to the right/rear, or to be more discreet on the belt and inside the waistband.

I carry right front pocket tip up. I would rather carry in my work boot, but it's illegal! I carried a Gerber Mark I in my boot for 25 years in the USAF, but it was legal when I was in the military.

I carry a knife clipped to my right front, in my watch pocket, and an SAK in my left pocket. Sometimes I will carry in my waist ban.

I tried carrying in my back pocket. But for some reason it got a lot of attention. don’t know why, I guess I just have a well sculpted posterior which brought undo attention to the knife clipped back there.

Front right pocket for me unless it's a fixed blade, then on the belt or as a necker.
