How do you carry your flashlight?

See that is exactly my predicament. I have always just carried my light in the bottom of my pocket, but these cr123 lights are just a bit too chunky.

Sometimes I hook it to my belt loop using a carabiner. I really liked the form factor of my preon 2 but I kept activating the tail cap when it was clipped inside my pocket.

I carry/wear an old Arc AAA around my neck on a ballchain, for at least the last 10 years also carry a Surefire 6P with an LED conversion in my BOB.

I wear 5.11 pants all of the time, so it's not an issue. I tend to use the knife pocket.

I carry my zebralight sc600w clipped to my front pocket- I just keep my car keys in that pocket. It is a bit bulky, but I don't notice it anymore.

At work I carry my malkoff MD2 on my belt.

I carry my Fenix PD30 either clipped to my left front pocket or left leg cargo pocket. Rarely I have to wear it on my belt in it's pouch.

AAA lights get clipped in the fifth pocket or right pocket.

Have a 1x CR123 on the way that I am anticipating clipping into the fifth pocket, but we'll see.

Eh, I always wear 5.11s or some other tac pants. I just stick my light in my cargo pocket or sometimes I clip it in my back pocket.

I have an older Inova X1 (single AA battery and only 1 output level) and just drop it in my front pocket with my wallet. The only draw-back is that it sometimes gets caught in my wallet as I pull it out and takes a fall (Usually onto concrete!). The tail cap has a push-button for momentary use, and the tail cap screws in for constant-on mode. I back the tail cap out far enough that the push button doesn't activate in the pocket.

I have a Bill's Urban Wallet that I carry both my Leatherman Juice S2 and either my Night Armor 1AA LED or my 5.11 ATAC 1AA LED. I don't normally like putting a bunch of stuff on my belt, but I have been looking at the 5.11 belt holder clipy thingy for when I'm out and about. I also carry a Peilcan 2340 2AA in my computer bag and a Pelican 7060 in my truck.

I carry my Surefire E2L in a standard Maglite nylon/velcro belt pouch with the flap. Works very well! (And the pouches are cheap to replace.) For my E1L I carry that in a Maxpedition nylon/velcro pouch. In both Subarus I have LED converted Maglites in the glove boxes. ...and ALWAYS carry spare Surefire 123 and AA's in my Timbuk2 shoulder bag.

I am a pen collector, so I buy woven fabric shirts with 2 breast pockets. By putting a fountain pen in the left and a ballpoint pen in the right pocket, they don't beat on each other. There is room to clip my Titanium Innovations IlluminaTi AAA light on the armpit side of either pocket.

I carry mine in leather man sheath in one of the two little elastic sides pouches that come with the sheaths. My light is maratac solid copper light.I guess these tools are enough.

I find the Mini MagLite (with two AAA cells) convenient to carry in shirt pocket just like a ball point pen. A small Mini MagLite (with one AAA cell) is on my key chain as a back up. Anything larger can go on a belt holster. Of course, I am a civilian school teacher, not military or emergency services, so that is all I need. Faiaoga

4Sevens Quark Pro QP2LX inside the pocket with my cellphone. I found that I don't like using the clip, but I do keep it attached.

I carry a fenix PD32 in my pocket using the pocket clip like a normal pocket knife, I carry it in my left pocket and my knife in my right

And a big light, either a 6p or 9p in a nylon holster
This is the old 9p holster, it now lives in one by ripoffs

where can i get a holster like this, i used to carry my light in a holster and I like that better, just can't find a good holster. I like this design a lot. I could make one, but if I can buy it, I will same myself some time.

oh, whenever I have to get dress up in something formal I carry a stream light stylus that takes 3 AAAA batteries, I have never had to change them.

Main light = SureFire L1 modded by MilkySpit from CandlePowerForums (A.K.A. ~ Scott Clawson).

Nothing modded externally though. My Milky-modded L1 is clip-carried in my left pants pocket.

Secondary light = Currently an Original Nitecore EZAA model, loose in my left pocket too. Though usually I prefer a single-AAA model (typically my Fenix L0D Rebel 80) attached to my main keyring.

Fenix E11 in my back pocket along side my wallet to keep it upright. I am not a fan of pocket clips on flashlights as I found that they always become unclipped when I get in and out of cars/chairs. I keep it bezel down (actuator button up) so that when I reach for it, I can actuate the light in one motion. I keep it on my weak side to allow strong hand access to my firearm. The E11 runs on a single AA and provides over 100 lumens! Love this light!

Clipped into my front pocket. But I may have to rethink that as it puffs my inhaler, a lot. So I need to maybe get a sheath for it.
