How do you carry your Folder.

Usually front right pocket. If I'm doing something active like hiking or running i sometimes clip it to the inside of my pants waist band in my right side.

Clipped to my front left pocket, or in a sheath on my belt...I'm left-handed so unfortunately not all knives are the most practical for deploying, but I make do. :D

Same here bro.

I wish there are left handed jeans(watch pocket on the left). lol

Right: Clipped on my belt, on the side.
Left:Clipped on the inside front pocket.

I carry on knife clipped to right front pocket. And I have a Strider PT CC in the bottom of left front pocket.

Usually in my right pocket, clipped to the pocket if it has a clip, loose in the bottom if it doesn't, and if it's small enough I'll generally put it in the watch pocket. Unless I feel like carrying in my left back pocket.

Left front pocket clipped to the outside edge, blade against that edge, tip up. I'm a lefty, so are my knives.

Sometimes wearing board shorts or cargo pants I clip in the left side thigh cargo pocket. Always blade against side of the pocket.

For those that carry tip up- what's the benefit/logic?

edit: of course, assuming the knife gives you the option or the fact that the clip orients it that way was one of your preferences for choosing the knife

Its hard for fat people to carry their knives inside the waistband. They have to lift up their fat before they can get the knife out.

just sayin..."

You are correct about fat folk, but we do have the advantage of having very large pockets.

Left front: 1 Two- Can and and a blade pick, flashlight and keys; 1 or 2 large Stockmen 3&5/8" to 4.5" (something with a strong, large Sheepsfoot or Wharnie).
Right Front Pocket: usually a Sage1; Kershaw Whirlwind; one nice GEC #25 (Barlow/Easy Open) worry knife in a sheath to avoid scuffing near keys; Case Slim line Trapper. I also usually carry a Large Sod Buster and a Grand Dad Barlow, or other 4-5 to 5" slippy in my Right Back Pocket with my wallet.

I leave the Left Back pocket empty in case I need a few more folding knives.

I do both tip up and tip down with various knives. To be honest, I can never remember which is which, haha. :D The clip on my manix-2 is one way, my Cyclone another way. I can take them both out and put them back with equal speed and ease. I can't see any sort of benefit to either method, it's just a matter of preference. Some folks like one method, some folks like the other, I like both. :p

Clipless in a pocket holster along with my multitools, right front.

My folders with a pocket clip go clipped to my front right pocket, against the rear seam. Slipjoints are carried loose in my front left when I have a clipped folder, and loose in the front right when I don't have a clipped folder. I also have a Victorinox Classic dangling from a carbiner clipped to my belt loop on my left side.

Spyderco Para-Military 2 (main blade); right-hand tip-up
Spyderco Caly 3.5 (back-up); left-hand tip-up
Boker Keycom (small back-up); on the keys, left-hand pocket

That's my usual EDC setup but do I rotate the knives occasionally.
